A great day visiting an incredible SEN school as part of the assessment process for the Leading Parent Partnership Award (LPPA) with Optimus Education.
It was clear how much thought, time and effort goes into nurturing relationships with parents/carers and their families. Strong partnerships like these take time and are built through trust, communication and a genuine commitment to working together.
Tomorrow it's back to delivering training. One day assessing, the next supporting adults' professional development.
No two weeks are ever quite the same... And I love that.
